Overall Goal: I dedicate this page to my dad, mum, (Shalim Jacob) and friends that have helped me achieve my goals in bodybuilding over the past years. i thank them all.. I am grateful for their contribution of their time.
Bodybuilding : Its my Style.
1. When i was young my dad gave me a toy named "He Man" on my birthday and that really inspired me and made me dream about being strong like him.
2. I always wanted to look different from a crowd and wanted to be in shape.
Why I Love It:
Achieving that true "PUMP" feeling rushing through my veins. There's almost nothing like it. It's complete focus, no distractions. I love to improve myself. Bobybuilding is a form of art, my body is the canvas.
I love it when people ask me the size of my bicep. hehe
And

I guess you and I are on the same page busy..Ive been okay..Im back at night classes at the college university, workig at the hospital days, and training on my own...very busy plus family too...but all is well..i am glad to hear from you...how are things at your end???
of cause i should stop eating junk food....but i always feel the pressure from my friends with whom i am hanging out, cause i cant smoke, i cant eat all what i want all the time. And one month you strong and then like damn i am tired always say no no...you know what i mean
its going good so far! taking it pretty easy cuz of a PT test tomorrow but other than that is going bad a**. :) Are you actually competing and all that?
