Eat Clean-Live Well!
Living well and feeling good starts with nutrition... It's a lifestyle, and everything I put into my body is to better it-because at the end of the day, when all is said and done, I'm the one who has too live with the decisions I make.
There is no point in working hard in the gym if one isn't going to provide the body with what it needs to positively progress... We only get one body... One life... And I wish more people would think about that when consuming food, etc...
Simply put...
I eat clean!
I eat whole organic foods.
Organic, low sodium meats.
I eat them every 2-3 hours.
I consume LOTS of water.
It's not complicated unless you choose to make it complicated...
Make everything you put into your body serve a purpose- Make that purpose to better your mind & body, because as many already know, they are one in the same..
