How I Started:
I was very active in college and off and on since then, but never really committed to getting in shape. I started training again recently with my boyfriend. I also found this site which has so many inspirational photos of women with gorgeous bodies. I am determined this time to get my butt in shape...for good!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of doing something that is good for my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love looking at the photos on this site and reading magazines like Oxygen and Shape. Also, heart disease, diabetes and obesity runs rampant in my family. All of these things are the result of poor lifestyle choices. I absolutely refuse to follow in this cycle.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but I would like to be fit enough one year from now to enter a competition.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

I like working out with my boyfriend because he pushes me to my limits and does not let me give up.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
