-Drop fat till I look good, down from starting 20% to about 12-15%
-Gain tons of muscle on top
-Become capable of running a marathon in about 3 hours
-Gain other physical skills such as judo or boxing
-Keep healthy and don't get too much into supplem
Working on all aspects of life, health and career. Have to work out at 5AM now or not get it done at all since I work so much at the present. Hope all are doing okay in this ridiculous economy. Working out relieves a lot of the urgencies of over-cons
