This is after seriously lifting for about 9 months, and using creatine and protein for about 6.

vary it up. i hit 'em twice a week right now because they aren't the size i want them. curls - straight bar and cambered, hammers, preachers, cable work - mix it up and tighten 'em swole to grow!

Dee,
A great physique for 19. Continue to work hard and good luck in gaining muscle. Advice: stay ripped and symmetrical!
