This was taken early this morning. I am now 160lbs, need to tone up burn fat, and build muscle. Looking forward to my workout as well as see results along the way. It's time to get back into shape and it starts now!!
This is week one and I have taken this after my workout from around the neighborhood. Too bad the weather is rainy and thunder and lighting cause I had to stop. I don't like stopping but if I was on the inside working out trust me I would have kept going. I don't like to half-ass my workout but...
I want to keep the same weight, but lose body fat and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
My long goals are to exercise starting off with a 1-2 mile run everyday except for weekends because you do not want to overdue your workout by seeing results coming in. Along with the run do push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, and lifting weights at the gym two to three days out the week. I also want to transform my eating habits from a big portion of servings down to the right amount of portions to stay healthy at all costs because my health is very important to me.
DeeDee, you are so right!! Exercise and nutrition must be a lifetime commitment or the pounds will creep up on you negating all the past gains. I just pray that I remain fortunate enough to not suffer any injuries or poor health issues.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
Yes...I was doing all the things I am suppose to do..nutrition, cardio, weights and making gains...but when I added the Lipo 6..it really started to help me see the cuts. Got a long way to go yet..but I am getting there. I have 1 more week of Lipo 6 then I gotta lay off it for awhile.
