Mid-way through high school I became very overweight and decided that I wasn't happy with my appearance. I decided to do something about it and began doing research on diet / training. I came across bodybuilding.com and it helped me get on the right track. I used to weigh over 235lbs a couple of years ago at a very high bf%. After learning the correct diet / training info along with hard work I am currently at my weight of 185lbs.
A big shout out to Marc Lobliner and Scivation for there diets, training programs, and supplements! Thank you!

you need a photo editing software. I use photoshop. There's a learning curve but you can find other programs (maybe even some online) that are free, they just wont produce as nice of results
