"Become proficient at Capoeira and be able to get to a low bodyfat. Do at least 10 pulls ups and 10 handstand pushups. By the 1st Jan 2009 - Do a photoshoot that will show off my new low bf and muscles :)"

I'm going slow, real slow..I either do 45 degree pushups and then slowly raise the angle. I also do negatives (so slowly lower myself and then rinse and repeat.

I haven't done Capoeira for a couple of months, but it's good. Got me very flexible and more spatial aware. How's your training going

It's coming good, only 2 weeks into it, but my stomach has shrunk a bit and I think I'm getting stronger and getting more muscle. Just have to see where this leads me. Cool Tats btw

Good, I'm at the start of my journey, so trying to figure things out. Now I tend to do alot of reps and sets with minimal rest, ups the intensity. Great abs and tri's. What are your w/o's like

Loving the transformation. Makes me think that I have no excuse.. Maybe I should try and get on transformation of the week.. If you were in UK, would hire you as a PT in a second. :p
