Goal (Long):
I want to have a powerful physique..Strong back/core/arms/legs and be agile.
Have a physique worthy of a magazine cover
Breakfast - Salmon and Eggs
Snack - Chicken and nuts
Lunch - Soup and bread and a piece of chicken
Snack - Chicken and nuts
Dinner - Salmon and Brocolli
As for my workouts, it was good and intense. It was legs and back day
i throw in some dead lift on back and leg day... i do stiff leg it work the lower back glutes and hams... i love it... oh and i did these back extensions with weights... WHOOOOO that was intense! i loved them...
remember "out is in and in is out" wide grip works the inner back area like the rhomboids and the narrow grip really works the lats... so switching your grip will have a great affect on you. if your going to do back exercises you should make sure you show attention to all the muscles even on the lower back with some deadlifts ;)
well i know that working that specific muscle everytime you go the gym seems like it would get you going... but that is actually NOT the best thing to do... make sure you let your back rest a day or two between you back work outs.. try using different grips too... some times a wide grip is harder to do then a narrow grip... and visa versa
ah yes the pull ups... damn those things! those are my weaknesses. but i will conquer them! i'm finally off the assisted pull up machine and doin them on my own! so remember your greatest weakness will one day be your greatest strengths!
lol Maybe I'll watch that Brandon Lee movie and get all inspired again. I took Tae'k for a while and loved it, well, everything except actual fighting. I hate the idea of hitting someone so I really hated that part... unfortunately the place closed down.
