What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I mix one scoop of whey protein powder w/ one sccop of NO-Explode.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
The usual clean diet. Eat every 2-3 hours, sometimes all lean protein, usually lean protein + low gly. carbs (small portion). Kashi or oatmeal in the AM. A couple shakes a day.
