45ANDFABULOUS Hi Debbie, Im doing well, this is my first week back, diet on point, worked out with my trainer on Wed, the 1st real workout in about a year, my IT band was hurting the day after, but Im pretty good now except for the lovely DOMS in my legs, back is doing pretty good, my trainer is very mindful of my restrictions, she has talked to my doctor, so we are all on the same page.
