Restrategizing right now - while preparing for a comeback at the NPC USA's I went beyond the limits, inflicting too much acute trauma so now I have to take some time off from heavy lifting.
So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
