I haven't taken any measurements. It's just a guess. There's a guy who did measure his at a lil over 17" and mine are a bit bigger. I'm a little under 210 ATM. I've set a few new PRs lately. My kinda short-term goal is to be powershrugging 600. It feels heavy trust me. Bench still sucks though. It always has. I need to take some new pics but I lost my phone a couple months back.

What's up bro? Long time no talk. Still lifting heavy I hope. I've been in some sort of depression this last year. All that I do is bodybuild. My gains aren't real fast, but they're coming along. Biceps are a lil over 17" cold. Put an inch on my calves within the last couple months too. Bench is weak as hell though. ttyl, man.

I thought the exact same thing regarding c-money. Weird huh? But really he does look like he got a lot smaller.

Lots of complex carbs and complete proteins + working your ass off. Eat lots of peanutbutter, cottage cheese, chicken, brown rice and milk. Stuff like that. Fish too.

IDK about forearms, but carb loaded my upper arms are prolly around.... 17"+ (cold). IDK what exactly though.

Thanks, man! I've been cutting for a little while now. I dropped the fat fast which is great, but on the down side I lost it too fast. I lost some muscle!! I'm not too stressed cuz I know muscle memory will let me get it back super fast. Presently I'm 5'7", 195 pounds with a 32" waist. Visible sic-pack, but doesn't look too great. Best bodyparts are upper and lower arms and upper legs. As for measurements: IDK.

Yeah, I've never cheated. Although what I consider cheating is eating things that are only considered junk food. As in over 2 years I've never (not once) have had any cake, soda, or candy of any kind. You get the idea. No point getting cals from those sources when you can get them from a clean source.

Thanks, man! I think I was like 14. When I started though I didn't know anything about BBing. My routine consisted of mostly endless curls and pushups. Gains stopped pretty soon 'til I actually started reading some good info on BBing.com.
