How I Started:
Actually, Vin Diesel was my initial inspiration for BBing. I watched Pitch Black and the Chronicles of Riddick and decided that I must look like that (or better) some day.
Why I Love It:
IMO it's the healthiest obsession somebody can have (and I admit that I am obsessed). There are so many benefits to BBing, I'm surprised that more people aren't into it. But then again, it requires serious discipline, and most people are only like "Hmmm.... should I eat McDonald's or, ummm.... McDonalds?"
How I Stay Motivated:
I couldn't be any more motivated than I am. I'm constantly thinking about how I plan to attack the weights in my next workout. BBing never strays far from my thoughts.
BB Accomplishments:
Serious weight gain (118 to around 160/170), size increase and power increase. Many of my lifts have doubled since I've started.

my guess is that he had a medical health scare or hes just been put off gear for some reason or has lowered his dosage. Dropping lower bodyfat wouldnt make you lost 20-30lbs mass.

yea bro i kno...what u been up to...but ya im slowly bulkin im at 190 now...insted of 177-183...but i think its all muscle or something cuz i still got my abs...and iv notice alot more thickness in places specialy my arms...there pushin 18 cold on a good day...streaght is gaining in alot of places.....im startin to lift heavy again in squats 365x6 the last leg day... bench is kinda the same...etc...

For calories, I honestly dont count. I eat about 5-6 meals a day including protein shakes. I try to eat as clean as possible and everything else. The majority of my diet it protein and carbs, as well as a lot of milk too lol

thanks man. Honestly, your guess is as good as mine. I havent measured them in over a year, and that pic is old lol maybe next time I update Ill take some measurements. Within and inch I'd say 16.5-17.5, so somewhere in that range. probably closer to 17-17.5
