Even if I was dumber, at least I was stronger when I was young.  More naive but more dedicated. I want to get back to where I used to be and beyond. Squat:230x5x3- need to slow down on the negative portion of the lift Bench:145x5x3- need to make sure my elbows are in line DeadLift:230x5x3- ready to increase

ok so im really glad i used this blog cuz i went over recently and have got a good sense of how i have progressed over time, but its back to the basics for me if i want to improve faster, i am very unsatisfied with where i am and how fast im going, im going to be doing alot more "research" on the matter, probably wont be updating the blog anytime soon until i get my shit back together

forgot to mention, monday's workout, i skipped wendsdays cuz i felt lazy was gonna go thursday but my diet wasnt right...i know s 265x5 265x2 <--im becoming a vagina 245x5 b 175x5x3 d 265x5
