How I Started:
I've always worked out off and on but I didn't get serious until I purchased a very tight dryfit shirt and was sitting on an incline bench and could see my gut roll. It wasn't big but I was embarrassed to be wearing that shirt at that point and put it in a drawer and said that I wasn't wearing it again until I could pull it off and look good (I still don't wear it). It was then that I got serious about working out and eating right.

How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results motivates me. Also, if I slack and see my body start changing in a negative way, that motivates me as well. Oh, and the fact that I'm getting older scares me into being motivated too!
BB Accomplishments:
This is not bodybuilding related, in fact I lost muscle mass but I ran a full marathon at 40 years old.

hehee..........I have the glute secrets on my page. But seriously, anyone who is superlean like you is bound to have some skin issues,( unless you build up the glutes to replace what most people have as fat on the booty area) do guys have butts?
Shoot I just do the normal. Leg curl, extensions, squats/hack squats, lunges. 5 sets of 10. Been pyrmading lately with some of these. KILLER for growth!
