When I Started:

How I Started:
I've been overweight all my life. However, not out of shape. I was one of those healthy big girls. But I always wanted to lose the extra fat that was hanging around and actually see my six pack for once in my life. I joined a gym a few years ago and have been trying to keep in shape ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel absolutely great. Its is the best cure for any ailment and keeps your body looking fantastic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old pictures of myself at a time when I was Waaay out of shape and remember how I felt at the time - not good. It reminds me to focus and never return to that place/state again. I also keep images around of people with killer bodies. That gives me something to work toward.
I've been dreaming of having a tight, fit, athletic body all my life. I've been working out and kinda watching my diet on and off for about ten years. But I've found that without consistency and discipline, you truly have nothing. My goals are to get lean & ripped (below 15% body fat), hit a (lower) single digit 'dress' size and become a runner - cant run to save my life right now. I may even enter a figure competition sometime within the next year and a half, who knows :); & by Golly, I want to see muscle in my ever growing thighs. That, my friends, has never happened before. I'm as pear shaped as the best of them!! But I got faith!! I know, I have a long journey ahead..But I'm stoked and I think I can totally do it this time!! Yeah!!
You are quite welcome. Thank you in return for accepting my friend invite. Best wishes to you in accomplishing all your health and fitness goals. Enjoy the rest of your week.
