Ah, gotcha...yeah, def don't wanna aggravate that MCL.
I do that one at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. There is another one that I do on other cardio days that's a little harder but requires a partner. I usually have a cardio day where I focus on core and just do some running or biking.

Thanks for the comment, dude...as far as cardio, I don't do enough, probably haha. But I try and focus on plyometrics and circuits when I do cardio...I've never been a fan of the treadmill.
