I have always loved fitness since probably junior high school. I had 2 children within 3 years. I gained 50-60 lbs. with each of my children. After my first child I lost it within 4 months but the second one I'm still trying to lose those last 5-8 lbs. I've set my goals and made a decision to get fit again. I'm done having children so it's my time to get back in the game and do this!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
It's a huge stress reliever (especially with 2 boys), I look better, and I just love the way I feel when I work out!
How I Stay Motivated:
I made a collage of how I want to look with my goals on it and posted it on my fridge. It makes you think twice about what you eat! Also, the fact that I'm in the July 2008 issue of Oxygen magazine(pg.66) as a part of Tosca Reno "Raise the Bar" column helps keep me motivated too! I keep focused on my goal and that's to compete in 2010!

Goal (Long):
I want to be lean (you know, like Monica Brant-Peckham). I want to feel good about myself and start competing in figure competitions in 2009. A little off the subject, but I want to have a lean, tight body so I can look awesome on my pink Harley Davidson (that I will soon have).

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a 3 ring binder that I keep my workouts in. I make them on BB.com and print them out. It shows everything (date, time, exercises, sets, reps, weight, cardio, and extra comments).

Cytolean (1-2 times a day) and Superpump (45min. to 1 hour before workouts)

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I've been doing great on the Gaspari Lean & Fit Stack (intrapro, superpump 250, and cytolean)! The Superpump is absolutely amazing...definitely the greatest product I've taken yet. My eating has been very clean and on track. although I have been more hungry than usual...eating every 2 - 2...
no prob, sorry I took so long to reply, but I haven't been on here in a while. I'm not a coal miner though, I'm a coal "sampler". Which although is a very important part of mining, isn't very glamorous lol.
Yes, I really like the Gaspari products! Plasmajet is great, and I did a cycle of Mitotropin, which was very effective as well - I recommend both of those for your husband.
