I have always loved fitness since probably junior high school. I had 2 children within 3 years. I gained 50-60 lbs. with each of my children. After my first child I lost it within 4 months but the second one I'm still trying to lose those last 5-8 lbs. I've set my goals and made a decision to get fit again. I'm done having children so it's my time to get back in the game and do this!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
It's a huge stress reliever (especially with 2 boys), I look better, and I just love the way I feel when I work out!
How I Stay Motivated:
I made a collage of how I want to look with my goals on it and posted it on my fridge. It makes you think twice about what you eat! Also, the fact that I'm in the July 2008 issue of Oxygen magazine(pg.66) as a part of Tosca Reno "Raise the Bar" column helps keep me motivated too! I keep focused on my goal and that's to compete in 2009!

Me in Oct. 2007. This pic is really showing my "skinny fat". I got love handles and way too much junk in the trunk! YUCK!!! You know, you can be 120lbs. and look awful in a bikini or be 150lbs. and look awesome!
I'm likin' my chest but my traps are so uneven! OOPS!
Eat clean, start packing on muscle, and lower body percentage.

Goal (Long):
I want to be lean (you know, like Monica Brant-Peckham). I want to feel good about myself and start competing in figure competitions in 2009. A little off the subject, but I want to have a lean, tight body so I can look awesome on my pink Harley Davidson (that I will soon have).
Here is my workout for the next 6 weeks. I started last week. I found it on BB.com forum. It was called "Diesel in Days". I have changed some of the exercises because I do not have access to a gym. I work out at home and have a treadmill, bench, dumbbells, a barbell, and resistance bands. I...
Great progress! It took me awhile to lose the last little bit after my second, too. After the first, the weight flew off...not so much with the second:) You look fantastic!

It was 2 shows combined. In the other show, I came in 3rd. The woman who won the other show had alot of muscle. I would have been satisfied with 2nd to her. Figure is weird.
