How I Started: Well it was around Christmas time and I got on the scales and I took about trple take and just couldn't believe it said 256 lbs. So my goal is to get healthy for me and my kids. I am soo thankful for the encouragement of my friend Anthony for helping me out soo much. I could never thank him enough!!
Why I Love It: Gives me energy and another goal to aim for.
How I Stay Motivated: My kids and my health.
BB Accomplishments: NONE...YET! ;)

Well making the first step to a long road but I will get there with time!

Hi Deanna! You still here? Hope you are hanging in there and not giving up. The start is always so hard. But you never fail till you stop trying. So take a deep breath, and get at it again. Hope you're doing well. I'm workin' out hard, just need to work on the eating. Hope to hear from you soon.

Doing great, haven't had time to hit the scales in a week. I've been busy with school and stuff, but I can tell definite differences with my clothes. Hope all is well with you too.

Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. Come back slow at first - until you feel your strength coming back. One day at a time, one pound at a time. You will get there, just never give up. I am still fighting, I'll never go back. I have been going in circles the past few months, but ready to fight my way forward, to the next level. Hang in there.

My wife and I know where you are coming from and wish you success. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. You will have to push yourself because it’s not super easy but it’s still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. We are both here for you if you wish to give us a yell
