Background
I was an insecure kid and at 11 my father introduced me to a local boxing gym. after a few months my trainer asked my dad it i was allowed to fight in the ring. he said no and stopped taking me. wen i was 17 my dad left home and i began boxing as a way to get rid of my aggression. my trainer said i needed to gain weight so i started liftin. i was 8stone at the time. work took over {i was electrician} and boxing was phased out. but for some reason i couldnt stop thinkin about lifting. started to buy Flex and Muscle and Fitness. and realised that i realy wanted to do what the guys in the mags did. lift weights for a living.
it gives me a sence of accomplishment. in the gym i feel alive. at home even. watchin my muscles grow and getting compliments from other people is better than winning the lottery.

Posted in General : Jan 11, 2012 9:52amFirst training session was this monday just gone, 9th-Jan-2012. This session was a great session chest and biceps, my weights was not as high as usual and as i was lifting i noticed i had lost a lot of muscle. I had my earphones in with my best training music on. Zoned out and hit it.
Flat Bench Press - 1 set of 20 @ 40kg
3 sets of 10 @ 60kg
Incline Bumbell Press - 1 set of 20
