How I Started:
I was an insecure kid and at 11 my father introduced me to a local boxing gym. after a few months my trainer asked my dad it i was allowed to fight in the ring. he said no and stopped taking me. wen i was 17 my dad left home and i began boxing as a way to get rid of my aggression. my trainer said i needed to gain weight so i started liftin. i was 8stone at the time. work took over {i was electrician} and boxing was phased out. but for some reason i couldnt stop thinkin about lifting. started to buy Flex and Muscle and Fitness. and realised that i realy wanted to do what the guys in the mags did. lift weights for a living.
Why I Love It:
it gives me a sence of accomplishment. in the gym i feel alive. at home even. watchin my muscles grow and getting compliments from other people is better than winning the lottery.
How I Stay Motivated:
i was a skinny kid and no one realy took any notice of me. had no confidence and hardly any friends.
to stay motivated i just look at myself in the mirror and say to myself. "i got somethin they dont. pride and a passion for what i want to do.
BB Accomplishments:
gained 2 stone and become man through bodybuilding. a good state of mind excelerated confidence.

You know with all the HIT, HIIT and EDT and FST-7 training, I just assumed M8 was another training method ;-] I guess if 'mate' were used more in the US I would have picked up on that.

What's M8 training?
I'm looking for new techniques to jolt my workout some.
Right now I'm combining HIT training with FST-7 to burn fat and pump up the muscles.
