Met Train up at my gym. Love setting personal records, and getting aggressive with the weight.
Why I Love It:
Requires dedication and consistency, which I have plenty of. Like the feeling of accomplishing something Ive been wanting for a long time, a perfect example of this would be when I first got 500lbs on deadlift.
