I havent been on here in awhile. Took some time off to let my arm heal up. It didnt do any good. I am suppose to go to a nerve specialist sometime within the next week. So all that I can do for now is legs. Anyway I am also doing alot of cardio (That sucks) I hope to hear from everyone soon.

not that good my car broke so i only got to the gym like twice in two weeks and didnt get a chance to deadlift so that really sucks but i got a new belt and have plans for a big deadlift day some time next week
yea they did thanks i got a better look at what my form should look like and i tried to follow your form and edvice but as soon as i started adding the weight on my back started rounding again i think i might have to work my self up again learning to lift and added teh weight on from there
i feel the same ass I always do after that.Like 10 hells angels beat my A$#!!! whenever you want to do that just tell me and I'll take you thru it!!!!!you will grow like a weed on that program!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thanks for the email i understand it i got to get my butt lower i just find that hard becuase i am 6ft1 and a horrible build for deadlifting but thats no real reason lol. ill go to the gym and practice with about 250lbs becuase i dont see the point in practising with 135lbs becuase it so much diffent when u add the weight on. and yea i got a belt i was wearing it under my shirt i dont think i would have been able to do either of those pulls with out it
