How I Started:
Since my 20's I've hit the gym but never really had goals, just to hit the gym (a little cardio, a little weights and a whole bunch of situps).... Felt I could eat anything as long as I went to the gym.
Why I Love It:
Just seeing the results, also its such a stress reliever for me! With three kids I need it!

This WEBSITE! Its the best! So many knowledgable people who can help get the RESULTS we are looking for! I'm also motivated by the results I'm seeing... Talk about a lifestyle change! I've totally embraced this new lifestyle!

Goal (Long):
I want to be lean and fit! I want to be defined. I want my muscle to show and lose the body fat! I want to be in the best shape of my life and be an inspiration to other mom's. I want a FLAT stomach......
Why do people say....you don't have enough meat on you.....??? I've been hitting the gym really hard since January and feel I've made some major gains, losing fat..gaining muscle. I'm skinny fat, so when people say I need to put more meat on my body I get disgusted! I don't need more...
It's going well. Man, it takes patience. I started doing 40 minutes of cardio before eating in the morning and I'm starting to drop the fat. Keep going...you can do it!! :) No six pack yet...just faint outline...ha
Training has been awesome. I am really enjoying my routine, and my diet seems to really be working. As for your workouts, I have found some good routines for those with limited time on bb.com.
I do 5 - 6 days of lifting and cardio... depending on my schedule. I do a lot of reps and lower weight now. It seems to be helping in all my areas. The belly little fat, I will always have, so I hear what you're saying on the frustrations of trying to get rid of that! How's it going anyway?
