Dude I just? watched your vids and went through your pics and you have built quite an impressive physique throughout the years!! Do you have any tips on how you brought up your arms and Calves because those seem to be my body parts that seem to be really falling behind and judging from your vids, you made a huge tranformation from 14-18 and your arms look huge now. Hopefully I can make a tranformation similair and have an impressive physique by the time I am 18 and compete
