Since about 13 or so ive always worked out here and there not doing it properly and having a crap diet but ever since 15 ive never taken a break and ive been hitting it hard ever since with a solid diet
To sum it up... I want to look Jacked and I used to be a skinny kid.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you have when you are working out and the pump. Also the results you get from all the hard work you have put in and the change you notice over time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my progress in strength and size.
