was always sporty +active. Had a bad rugby injury (knee ligaments) followed by the same injury to the same knee during a 100m sprint- got out of shape for 2years, hence had 2 get back in shape

Goal (Long):
i normally sit under 10%bf. However recently i wanted to bulk up, which i havent ever done since i started, as i always wanted to stay ripped+lean and not gain. over 4months i have gained 7kgnot by any means all muscle)
