How I Started:
Brother took me to the gym. I had strong legs early, gym owners noticed, and introduced me to thier Olympic weightlifting coach.
Why I Love It:
Amazing feeling, never gets old.
How I Stay Motivated:
Brother, mother and friends. I have a ton of support and being a local legend helps me to maintain my performance. I am just as known for my vertical jump as I am my weightlifting feats. I could still dunk at my heaviest weight of 240lbs. Kinda cool
BB Accomplishments:
None, but I was a champion weightlifter. Strongest man in Oregon history regardless of bodyweight! No I was not a heavyweight:-)
