Looking at magazienes and for sports.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the pump. The swelling of my muscles straining to push that weight. Watching the veins explode out of my skin. Bodybuilding is more than a sport, its an art.
How I Stay Motivated:
The thing that gets me to go and work harder than yesterday is that knowing that their are people out there that are bigger than I am.

Hey what's up dude? Thanks for the comment. The DB Swings are still kinda new to me, but I definitely feel that it helps build explosive power. I do them with dumbbells, and I can feel the starting strength being challenged and worked on. It is kind of like a squat and deadlift in the same movement--the very two lifts I focus on getting stronger at. I feel it is great for working the Posterior Chain also. Try them out and see how they feel!
Yo, I still lift @ NCC's gym. Monday, Tuesday, Friday's I'm there. Monday is usually around 5-7 or so depending on when I get out of my internship, Tuesday is 12-3 or so depending on my class time, and Friday is 4-6 or so.
Sometimes I hit up Golds in Bethlehem though. :-D
Those plateaus suck. I have made the experience, that a change in the rep-span (is that written the right way ?)may help to negotiate these plateaus. I wish you all the best and that you can reach your goals soon. Happy holidays.
thanks bro,the sp250 is ridiculous i take 2 scoops 20 minute before workouts and i cant even finish my worhouts,i usually do 18 sets for bis and now i can only get like 15 and then i can only do quarter reps and the vains are sick,give it a couple weeks you will be psyched,and if you can afford it get size on together it will be a sick stack.
