So proud of myself today! I was able to maintain a 4.7 mph jog for 20 mins. I didn't come close to that a few weeks ago.

Feel good today. Still a little sore from Monday's workout, but expected it. Had a protein shake afterwards. Do they all taste like crap?

So completely drained today. I can barely keep my eyes open. I'm not drinking soda anymore and i don't drink coffee. Any suggestions?

First day of training went very well. Did some exercises in the free weights section and was the only woman there, lol. Great eye candy!
