When I Started:
How I Started:
Starting out it was to be a better and stronger fullback for football. I had the speed and i wanted the power to go along with it. I figured why go around someone when you can go through them. When i was a junior in high school though i developed a weight problem. I ended up tipping the scales at a whopping 330 pounds if you put that on a 5'10 frame then it's definitely not a good thing. About a year after i graduated i went to the doctor and he told me, lose some weight or prepare for a short life. I've been working out religously ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives you a feeling of accomplishment and ego aside it never gets old when people tell you that you look great. Especially when you were a walking eclipse like i was.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family has had an endless list of life-shortning health problems. Ranging from high blood pressure to obesity. I was at that point at one time and i swore to myself i would never fall into a situation like that again.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping 120 pounds was big for me everything else i've accomplished so far has just been icing on the cake.

Thank you for the comment. And I did go to a gym for almost a year but now have my own eqipment and home is where I train now. Your bicep and tricep look very impressive!
