How I Started:
Always been into working out. I'm mainly a season gym fantic because I'm jocking for or maintain my position on the football team wherever I get station at. This time I'm in it for the long haul.
Why I Love It:
I love the tranformation after the hard work. I just not to look below my neck when I look into a mirror for a couple of weeks. So I won't start slacking once I see what I done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Once I set my mind on anything I won't stop until I accomplishment what I want. It's the way it always been.
BB Accomplishments:
Because of lifting I have a quiet a few on the football field.
Lose the belly by Thanksgiving, get my 12 pack back.
Goal (Long):
I know that I have about five to eight pounds on this body, so I want to lose that first. Then I want to put back five pounds on muscle. After I get the body I want I will start training my body for the final time for football (man, I love football). Once I achieve my body tranformation, this time I will not slack off in maintaining it.
