When I Started:
Jul, 2008
How I Started:
Since I was young, I always wanted to be bigger. In grade 9, I weighed less than 95lbs. I started lifting in highschool, and was able to break some school records. In first year university, I got into IFBB bofybuilding, and it just hooked me.
Why I Love It:
Everything about it. Theres no other thing in the world that satisfies me more than reaching a BBing goal. Whether its reaching a new bodyweight, reaching a new max on a lift, or those arms growing another quarter inch.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really need motivation. Its not a chore for me, its a passion, so I'm really always motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 50lbs in less than a year and a half.

High temperature alloys, basically to be used in places like gas turbines, say, like the jet engines.

Physics and Math were my best subjects too. Finally ended up in Materials and metallurgical Engineering. Actually, spent an year studying math in college, before deciding to switch to a different college (which was a purely engineering school that didnt offer undergrad degrees in basic sciences - just had grad programs in science)

I'm sure you have it there in CA but it's "cream", like for coffee or tea or whatever, but you use it with the whey, I like to throw 70% heavy cream and 30% whole milk in with 3 scoops ProNOS or Muscle Milk...

Possibly Friday.... the way I see it now is the sooner I get it done the sooner I can recover and get back at it!!!!!! Hey I never asked you, for gaining, have you tried mixing heavy cream with your whey before bed??

yea you do have to be careful on which one you buy, look at the info on the pack. The one I brought has less than 1 g of sugar per serve and 10g of Sat fats (50% of RDI). As I eat pretty clean it's good to get some fats in there
