UCFBuilder thanks dude...u got a sick lat spread going on as well man...too bad for me that things have gone down hill since those pics were taken...knee and shoulder tendinitis and lower back injury have kept me away from the gym since those pics were taken..still same size but more BF now lol...looking to take another couple weeks off then hit it start hitting it again with a new attitude and game plan as far as training goes..just sucks not training now...how the training going for u? UCFBuilder thank you man...whats next for me is a long(5 year +) slow bulk...i need to add size to my upper body and i want to stay lean so im gonna need the long time to slowly build up...but no winning this show doesnt qualify me for any higher level shows...i needed to compete in the open for that..i did this just to know i could do well in a bodybuilding show..im satisfied...time to grow now lol...any competing plans in your future?? bobmackadoo better, but i lost bout 12 lbs goofin off over the summer, don't seem to have lost much power tho, bein settled finally rocks, nothin beats an address, not all roses, but things are comin together, 3 months is like 4 ever, what'd u do to ur shoulder? everybody is askin bout ya in the threads, hows school goin?
