Workout Program:
Hows it going guys thx for the comments everyone sorry i cant response to all the messages but i dont get online very often.
Specially i have many mssgs about my arms and what kind of routine i use so here u go.

Biceps ( sample routine ) ,
Olympic Bar curls 3 x 12-15
alternating dumbell curls 3x10
hammer curls 3x8
one arm dumbbell preacher curls 3x10 ( on the last set i go extra heavy and i try to get 4 or 5 reps then go lighter and continue and again and again until i cant get another rep )

triceps ( sample routine)

Skull Crushers 4 x 15,12,10
Close grips bench press 4 x 8-10
rope pushdowns 4x 12-15

any workout its ok as long as you put everything you got into it.
