Binged after wrestling.
Got much stronger, doesn't seem like it when you look at the stats but I feel a difference. Diet didn't change all that much, cut out the desserts. Doing a bit more cardio, lifting a bit less.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Depends, I feel it is necassary for some lifts. But if a guy is grunting in every single exercize hes stupid.
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Loose fitted stuff, usually a cut-off shirt. Cotton shorts that are loose but shorter, they also must have pockets for my ipod.
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
A person that takes up too much space, doesn't know what he's doing and is always socializing.

Here's my routine for today; it was legs and I wanted to get a good squat workout in. I haven't ran long distance or did any leg exercises for the past few days so I had a pretty good workout. I'm going skiing from Wednesday to Friday so I'm thinking my legs are going to be pretty raw after...

i didn't mean to sound critical or judgemental in my comment on your photo..i was just making an observation. being older, i know how quickly and easily your body can "go south" believe me! ;-)
