Background
Started running around the time my daughter was born and work was getting pretty stressful. Running helps my stress levels quite a bit. I haven't been as consistent in the last few years as I have been dealing with various injuries as well as finding the time to do it.
I love working out because I feel more alive, energized and ready to face the challenges that life may throw at me. I also know that by working out and exercising I have change my family tree by being a a positive influence on my children.

Consistency, consistency, consistency
I finally had enough and got started in the gym. I decided to jump in with both feet. Realizing I do better when I have a plan, I decided to start the Kris Gethin daily trainer. I am mid-way through week 7 and really starting to enjoy it.
I am already feeling better, both physically and mentally. I can't wait for the end to see the results. The better I feel the harder I want to work.

I had been doing pretty well at the gym the last couple of months until this week. I started getting sick Sunday night and have felt pretty crummy most of the week. Looking forward to getting back to the gym next week after I feel like I am fully recovered.
