How I Started:
Have spent alot of time wanting to be like the guys on the sports teams. Also wishing that I was them and had their body instead of mine. Got tired of always being overweight and wanted to change myself so I can feel more confident about my body instead of always trying hide it.
Why I Love It:
The reason I like it is I get to watch myself change over time with. Also to show others around me that if I can do it so can they.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep reminding myself of how I want to look for myself and remember how I felt at my heaviest. Also to be able to go to the beach or pool and walk around without my shirt.
