Hi!
My name is Mark. I quit bodybuilding last August of 2006, but it never left me. So now, I am getting back into it by first cutting down my fat stores. August 6th is my goal date to get down to 13% (a 10% drop).
Lose 10 to 15 pounds of fat by May and Gain 5-10 in muscle. To become a healthier eater for rest of lifetime. (Having trouble motivating myself to eat better.)
New pictures up! Comments welcome! been focusing on upper body, especially chest, lately. Gained definition/mass in my back,shoulders, and chest I think. My midsection seems to be getting shredded too! DO WORK CREW!
