| Reverse Pyramid training 12x, 6x, 9x, 12x reps at 90 secs rest (bodybuilding stage) Tabata training [intense, google it] (endurance) and power lifting 2x or 3x at 4 mins rest. (strength) I change things up every 3 to 6 weeks. For cardio I do usually 45 mins at low intensity. I don't jog or run, I also don't know how much I bench press or even care. Keep in mind I didn't work out like this when I was 600+ pounds. I did a lot of walking back in the day. If anything just get active. This is coming from a guy who was almost bed bound, so DO IT!!!!!!!! I am also trying to get into some crossfit workouts. I just want to work harder than everyone in the gym. |
