Everything has been documented (filmed) from the begining, I did it all through diet and exercise. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer. I might not be able to respond back but I appreciate everyone who looks at my befores and my afters and gets motivated to change their lives as well. I just want everyone to know it is possible so never doubt yourself. My key was to never set the bar too high.
I never set out to lose 400lbs, I set out to lose 20, then another 20. The "diet" I did was carb cycling, google it or go to http://www.staxsystem.com/

Hi David It's wonderful your progress and the efforts you have done. But I can't avoid to point something and it's not your fault , it's the doctor's fault: about the arms lift, I have seen a lot of pictures of that procedure and ALWAYS they make the cuts UNDER de arms , where you can hide the scars NOT on the SIDES because there would be very notorious as in your case Why they did them there?I have lost weight too ,not as much as you did but enough to need some surgeries.
Hey David ! How are man ! I want tell you that you did a excellent job with your losing all that weight bro ! It's only up from here man just keep staying positive and all things will come! Good Luck with all your training!
