How I Started:
I first started at home by doing press-ups,sit-ups and chin-ups. I later used the gym in my rugby club and from there went onto a gym in the city.
Why I Love It:
I feel good when I know I've done good work. I just want to get big.
How I Stay Motivated:
I imagine what I might look like in say 6-7 years to come. Hoping that I'll be much bigger and stronger. One day I'll hopefully have a pro card.

na i train mma and kickboxin in a gym,oin dere 2moro after skul for a few hours...i lift weights at home gyms are 2 xpensive
