I first started at home by doing press-ups,sit-ups and chin-ups. I later used the gym in my rugby club and from there went onto a gym in the city.
Why I Love It:
I feel good when I know I've done good work. I just want to get big.
How I Stay Motivated:
I imagine what I might look like in say 6-7 years to come. Hoping that I'll be much bigger and stronger. There are some big polish guys in my gym and it would be great to be like them some day.

Since September 2007 I was really only getting into weights. I had heard how great The Locker Room was so I decided to join. Over the next couple of years I hope to get much bigger.
oh rite dyu no orla cronin?im just under 11 stone,gainin 1 r 2 kg a month and keepin da body fat low...ya its supposed to be hard but so is kickboxin..started doin mma der last week its lethal.dya c never back down?
