I played Soccer my whole life, and really started lifting in the off season.

Be Consistent in diet and workouts, while keeping a healthy variety within them.
Goal (Long):
As of April 2007, I weighed in at the heaviest weight I have ever weighed - 265 lbs. I don't want to know what my body fat percentage was, cause it had to be pretty high. By June 2008, I dropped down to 185 lbs. I lost 80 lbs in 13 months! I want to continue to live a healthy lifestyle and stay away from alcohol, as I am a recovering alcoholic.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I stole Nick Edge's diet. Thanks Nick for posting it! It's high protein, whole grain carbs, and low fat. I usually eat more fruits and veggies than he does though. However I do eat cheat meals now...more

I only do the eliptical with my DVD PLAYER on or I just go crazy etc.. I dont measuers miles / cals on the maching.. because it does not know my age ht / wt / m or f
