How I Started:
I play football and my coach told me that we had practices at mike's gym and so i started working out there and i love it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel really good about myself. Plus in between sets im able to think about things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to get better. I want to be stronger,faster, and feel better in everything i do.
BB Accomplishments:
405 deadlift,365 squat, 235 bench, 2 standing roll outs . Those arent much but for a guy my age i think they are something to talk about.

i am thinking about going on creatine and i have a fear that creatine will hurt my body. i dont want to get into anything that will hurt my body. if u think creatine is bad or good let me know. if you dont think creatine will hurt my body what r some good creatines that r safe to use.

sounds good dave im gonan try to be up at 7 or so for tomorrow. did u read the blog i wrote on ur site and the comment the guy left ?? see creatine is safe and iv been talking to alot of ppl about it and they say its safe and guess what i ended up adding a guy that modles for magazines he told me alot of stuff its sick. also did u get my email with the workout journal

yeah man i hope our gloves come in. if they are do u want to do chest and back tomorrow. cuz thats when we usually bitch about not haveing the gloves. if they dont come in i was think we could do chest and tris tomorrow or chest and back also. but its up to u cuz we r at ur gym this time.

A well constructed 2006 pic. However, I'd suggest a beefier sword and perhaps chainmail armour for more protesction during berserker attacks... I'm glad someone else utilizes the power of the cape...
