Background

When I Started: Sep 1982
HOW I STARTED:

After college I joined Texas Bodybuilding Gym in Houston, just to stay in shape. After 4-5 months there Charles Nichols started bugging me about entering a contest. I entered my first show in May 1983 after 7.5 months of serious weight training.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the challenge of training hard. I love the pump. I love the way it makes me look and how it makes me feel. It keeps me young.

Dave is proof that getting older doesn't have to change your appearance! Not only that but Dave keeps his training "oldschool" and thats the way I train. He keeps his training based off the stuff that works! Dave's an amazing athlete and good friend!
