Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...
I want to lose 8-10 pounds and become lean but with great tone! Want to look as good as I feel for the summer on the beach and maybe for competition also!
Out bodies are clay, starting out lumpy and soft, but once we start to sculpt, we can turn them into a masterpiece. My goal is to continue to sculpt myself and better my overall health. I also want to obtain a fitness/nutrition based degree.
