Thanks for the kind words Dave! I have been lucky enough to keep the body fat down at 8%. I have been doing some fitness modeling lately and its been going well for me. I hope to compete before 21 so that I can compete in jr's. Haha. I am in no rush though because i want to come into the scene with a BANG!

Oh yes, they are about 17.5 right now. I havent had time to get on here ina while. I have been extremely busy with life and training. Everything is going well. Im up at 185 right now and super lean. How is everything going with you buddy?

Im almost there. My Bf% is around 8% and I am sitting at 175lbs. I hope to bring that bf% down some more before the end of 09. I definitely think its do-able. How has everything been going for you? How are the gains coming along?
