SUB-Q is none stim type fat burner....It is subtle and kind of works in the background..It does help improve focus and provides energy!
Hey, thanks for checking in on me. Things are going well as far as training and strength gains are going, my bench is going up faster than I expected on the routine I'm following, but I need to buckle down on diet and nutrition. I see from your blog that you're progressing towards your goals pretty well too. 1/2" on the arms is pretty good and you're a quarter of the way to your goal! Keep up the great work.
Thank you Dave. I appreciate yor comment. Its been hard but im finally have success, but still more to go. I will get there. You keep up the great work. If I get my abs close to your that is a feat as well. Thanks again.
Real nice abs Dave. Mega deisel rock hard killer abs. Real nice work. Im sure the rest of you is a peice of work too. Put it out bro. Keep doing what you are doing cause it working great.
We are all our own worst critics when it comes to changing our physiques, but it's clear to me from your picture that your abs have great symmetry, so one you lose that little extra you're not happy with they will really "pop."
From what I can see it looks like you already have the "rock solid abs" - nice work. Adding two inches to your arms by September is a great and fun goal. Good luck, keep lifting and maybe you'll get 2.5 inches by September!
