Top sets are all PRs and were all fairly easy.
Dave, I would really appreciate it if you can help me out with this:
The Texas Method's principle is Volume, Recovery, Intensity. This is easily implemented with Squat, because we do Squat every workout. However, I just don't see how to incorporate that principle into all the other exercises. Take Bench Press for example, one week I do Bench twice, the next week I do it only once. If I do Bench every workout, then I can do it Volume, Recovery, Intensity, but then when can I do Press?
Dave, are you still doing Crossfit? Just started the past couple of weeks, I think its fantastic. Tough but a good kind of tough, got my kids started on some of it as well. I'm orginally from Lawton, OK wish they had this back when I was in HS at Lawton Mac! Thanks, Jim
Thanks for the rep, Dave. You're coming along nicely. Everything going in the right direction. When you get that bf down a bit, if you maintain the muscle, even at a lighter bodyweight you'll actually look bigger! Best of luck with all your goals, bro.
