Dave, I would really appreciate it if you can help me out with this: The Texas Method's principle is Volume, Recovery, Intensity. This is easily implemented with Squat, because we do Squat every workout. However, I just don't see how to incorporate that principle into all the other exercises. Take Bench Press for example, one week I do Bench twice, the next week I do it only once. If I do Bench every workout, then I can do it Volume, Recovery, Intensity, but then when can I do Press?
