Began as a powerlifter in high school. After I got out of the military, I began to get serious about bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Doing what most people in the world couldn't dream about doing. The self-discipline and motivation that competing takes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly changing my iPod playlists. Watching videos of the classic pros. Bodybuilding forums. Building the trophy collection.
