Goals:
Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
Must gain muscle and lose fat! I want to weigh 190lbs. and be rock hard by 9/09!!!
Goal (Long):
When I was in college (19yrs old), I won our college weightlifting competition. Since then I have slowly let my body get out of shape. 228lbs. at 5'11" with a 46" waist at the navel line, is "out of shape". High blood pressure, low energy are some of the results of my poor fitness level. I need to get my bodyfat % down to around 13%. I will do this by; 1) Diet of healthy proteins 40%, healthy carbs. 40%, and healthy fats 20%. 2) Weight training with cardo workouts. 3) Proper rest and relaxation. I know I can do this with full determination by 9/09.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 38 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

Yes, I got sidelined from previous weight training success with a blown out hernia. Have to be honest here but it hurt. The surgery to repair it needless to say set me back and got me down on lifting heavy. My squats did me in. I love doing them but body said no....I got discouraged and never...

I just dropped by to wish you success. My wife and I achieved body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. We believe you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks usiing the BFL program. Challenge yourself and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Contact us if you wish more info.
